Twin Doves Golf Resort is to be the first private and exclusive Golf Club in South of Vietnam with a truly “Member only” policy, which is delicated to ensure the requirements of the privileged member. The Golf Club facilities will extend beyond those offered elsewhere in the country.

On the 165 hectare site in Binh Duong Province we have asked P+Z Development to design a 27 hole international standard golf course. This company was chosen for their excellent work previously done in Vietnam. To complement this golf course we have a extensive club house with spacious locker rooms, restaurant and banqueting facilities. The project will also construct fairway villas, serviced apartments, recreational facilities, hotel with a conference centre and an International school.

Dear Members and Friends of Twin Doves Golf Club,

It is with great pleasure that I write this introduction message. First of all, may I take this opportunity of welcoming all of the Members who have joined the club and hope that you will find the golf course to your complete satisfaction.

I have been quite fortunate to be selected in the duel capacity as the Golf Course Architect and as the Chief Construction Consultant for this excellent project.  My many years of experience in design and construction have been fully utilized to produce the finest golf course in Southern Vietnam.  I am confident not only through my efforts but those of the Twin Doves team whose hard work, dedication and attention to detail will be appreciated by all golfer enthusiasts.

From the very beginning of this project, I was instructed by the owners to design an exclusive Membership course that would be challenging, memorable, beautiful and be eminently playable for all levels of golfing abilities.

To create a true Membership Course involves a different design approach than others used by Resort or Daily fee courses.  It must have all the elements in place to always be interesting enough so that it will allow the golfer a constant variety of shot making choices and values each and every time played thus, the course is designed not to be played the same way twice.  As the Architect and Consultant of Twin Doves Golf Club, I sincerely hope that everyone including members, their families and guests will enjoy the exciting golfing experience that is presented here at Twin Doves.

MASTER PLAN:

Twin Doves Golf Club, a golfer’s paradise where nature is alive and inspired. The golf course architect have to do is to find and pick up the potential rather than change local landscape at designer’s personal whim and will. That is to say, based on golf course architect’s experience and enthusiasm, the best golf courses are produced by utilizing the natural potential of the landscape. Twin Doves Golf Club is planned as a golfing paradise where nature is alive and inspired because of the innate factors such as hills, creeks and trees, which are in harmony with the newly created lakes.

LUNA COURSE:

There is great charm in the rural scenery with the views of small hills and neighboring forests. This course has combined all the natural shapes of the land which are esthetically combined and utilized as trouble factors for a challenging game. Five of the holes are connected by rolling hills and the division between the trees and the fairways intensifies the beauty of the scenery.

STELLA COURSE:

This courses characteristics are natural landscape of the creeks and trees on both sides of the fairway that require you to play with accuracy sense of direction. This is an exciting and thoughtful course where most of the greens are segregated into the target zones around the lakes, making you plan your play with accuracy. The lakes surrounding the Stella Course require players to play precise tee shot and second shot; the green within the lakes will keep you up challenges.

SOLE COURSE:

Capitalizing on the natural characteristics of the land, the lakes are made the best use of to create a challenging game with an island green and beach bunker are in prefect contrast with the blue lake, which heightens its beauty and also the difficulty.

Range:

– More than 250 yards long and more than 150 yards wide.
– 5 target greens at 100, 150, 175, 200, 250 yards measured from centre of Driving Range grass tees.

Practice Facilities:
– 32 covered bays with artificial grass surfaces.
– Seating area for each bay.
– Practice grass pitching area (to green).
– Practice sand bunkers.
– Practice putting green of the golf course condition and speed.

Food & Beverage:
– Food & Beverage service to each bay plus a coffee shop incorporating both air-conditioned and open air seating.

Grasses:
– Paspalum Platinum.
