West Lakes Golf & Villas is an exciting new addition to the golf industry in Vietnam. An 18 – hole Championship Golf Course was completed in late 2018. It is the first golf course in the West Ho Chi Minh City region. The property, featuring full Club House and driving range facilities will add 9 more holes to become a 27-hole golf course with under-construction residential areas and villas which will be completed in 2019.

The course itself was designed by Thomson Perrett – a prestigious company made famous by founder and 5 times British Open winner, Peter Thomson. This world class design company based in Melbourne, Australia, has more than 250 successful projects around the globe.

The layout is more than 7100 yards long, highlighted by picturesque lakes on most every hole, undulating fairways and extremely clever bunkering, all signatures of Thomson Perrett designs. West Lakes Golf & Villas is one of the first golf courses in South Vietnam feature the incredible turf – grass which is taking the industry by storm – Zeon Zoysia. The greens are the TifEagle breed of Bermuda grass perfectly suited to the South Vietnam climate. We anticipate golfers of all levels will appreciate the premium condition of the turf.

Food & Beverage

Our fully functional, spacious restaurant, bar, kiosks and VIP rooms are of luxury design purpose built to cater for the demanding needs of golfers, and the high traffic situations often experienced at golf courses.

The restaurant meets diverse culinary demands and provides gastronomic experiences from around the world with Western, Korean, Japanese, Chinese and Vietnamese dishes. Our unique and authentic specialties from the local Southern Long An area, prepared by experienced chefs are a feature not to miss. We understand golfers requirements and desire to enjoy fast, well prepared dishes with great variety.

Our restaurant is conveniently located overlooking the stunning PGA standard driving range where full F&B service is available. The beautiful views are enhances by our large windows.

Our fully stocked bar features premium draft beers from Sapporo and Tiger, as well as a fantastic range of wines and spirits to cater for all thirsty golfers!
Our kiosks are designed to give our guest the ultimate place to source quick fast snack food and cold beverages. They are perfectly positioned on holes #1, #14 and #6. Cool down with cold towels and an air conditioned room!

Moreover, our professional and well-trained team will greet and serve customers eagerly with a personal touch.

The broad, open space of our restaurant is not only suitable for golfers but also suitable for hosting events, parties, meeting, gatherings, etc.

Club House

Our more than 3000m2 purpose built Clubhouse is designed with practicality and elegance. Our Contemporary Modern design décor will inspire a feeling of cleanliness and warmth for our guests.

Features include male, female and VIP locker rooms (with steam, sauna and Japanese style showers), VIP meeting rooms and dining areas, a beautiful restaurant and bar with fantastic views of the golf course, offices, and a driving range conveniently located. Our Reception and Proshop area are designed for fast check out and convenience.

Our goal is to create a friendly and vibrant atmosphere, whilst recognizing the importance of golfers needs both before and after a game. We are ready to cater for individuals, groups and large scale tournaments and events. Our well trained staff know the facilities backwards are here to support your needs.

Driving range

West Lakes Golf & Villas offers golfers a PGA standard Driving range to refine their skills with the best practice facility in the Ho Chi Minh city area. We have 20 covered bays, but also an amazing grass tee for serious golfers, a short game practice area with greenside bunkers and two huge practice putting greens conveniently located nearby.

Strategically located next to the main Club House, this game improvement area which is 120 yards wide and 340 yards long allows players at every level the chance to practice all the shots. Furthermore, facilities such as locker rooms, and full services from our restaurant are readily available to maximize enjoyment.

Locker Area

Our separate male, VIP and female Locker Rooms are designed with a modern and luxury decor that matches the rest of the Club House facility. Our goal was to create a spacious and functional area for golfers to prepare for golf and cool down after their game. The male locker room features several different showering options including Japanese style bathing cubicles.

To enhance our members and guests experience our male locker room also features a high quality spacious Sauna Room, next to a Steam Room- the ultimate in relaxing and healthy experience.

Our dedicated Locker Attendants are trained to understand golfers needs and will offer the best in subtle, prompt service levels.

Proshop

Our Proshop features a slick, modern design, custom made to match the décor of the rest of the Club House, with easy access from the reception area for the ultimate in convenience.

Leading brands such as Titleist, FootJoy, Puma Golf, Taylor Made, Callaway, Unogolf and JLindeberg will be featured in the Proshop, with an easy to access visual merchandising concept. Our focus on customized latest model apparel, accessories and fast moving hardware will appeal to both members and guests.

A complete range of rental clubs and footwear is available through the Proshop. We exclusively offer latest model clubs from Titleist, Callaway and Taylor Made – giving our valued guests the ultimate in choice! Our rental footwear is from FootJoy – the no.1 shoe in golf. All rental equipment is at a very reasonable and fair price and we encourage visitors to choose the convenience of hiring our rental equipment.
